not got around to making the brownies yet - the dark chocolate was in the fridge but it seemed to disappear so will have to get some more and try again :-)

hey there - made a video of the soy/wasabi/salmon creation - will edit it next week. The sounds from the pan are great. You can get tahini from Edgeware Road if your supermarket does not have it .... think it should though
