Interesting ... I don't drink (alcohol that is) but feel like I'm knowledged up about beer ... Great to have you on the site and looking forward to trying your recipes ... Faz
Thats me on the right by the way, with my friends Rahual and Shweta (god bless them). I want to say a few words about beer. Beer is every bit as varied, complex and noble as wine. If you enjoy and appreciate wine, then please look beyond the Stella's or Fosters or 1664's or whatever mass produced junk is being sold. There is real quality out there if you look for it, try Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (Waitrose), tLittle creatures or Schneider Wiesse (Oddbins). Forget anything that comes out of a can or that advertises, anything that associates itself with sport, or anything that has a widget. But beware... a pint of Fosters or Carling will never be the same again...it will always be a disappointment and frankly not particularly enjoyable.
