Tofu Shake!

Summary

Every morning I have a Tofu shake for breakfast! Its an excellent way to diet or just eat a healthy breakfast, its got lots of vitamins and fiber. Quick easy, keeps for a few hours in an insulated travel mug!

Ingredients

  • 1/8 block of tofu
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup juice (i use 100% cranberry juice, just make sure its sugar free)
  • a handfull of frozen fruit

Method

Put everything in the blender in that order (if you get the fruit on top of the liquid, it makes blending easier) and blend to desired consistancy!
Add different juices, spices like cinnamon or nutmeg, or even sugar free coffee flavoring syrups for different fun flavors :)
