Spicy Sheeps Testicles

Summary

Yes, I know it does not sounds very nice and cutting the testicles is not very pleasant, but this dish is a delight and the taste is fantastic. Get down to the butcher & get cooking.

Ingredients

  • 6 sheep testicles
  • 2 red chilli's
  • tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • Olive oil

Method

Cut the testicles into pieces
Heat the oil in a pan
Add the garlic, onion and then the chillies
Add in the testicles and fry until brown
Add in the tomatoes and heat for 2/3 minutes
Serve
