Mushroom Cream
Summary
A cream that can be served cold or hot, really easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 leeks
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoon wheat flour
- olive oil
- salt
- basil
- soy cream (optional)
Method
Wash vegetables, chop finelly leeks and stir-fry in a saucepan with some olive oil at medium heat. Chop mushrooms. Dissolve flour with leeks and add mushrooms, garlic clove and salt, and stir well. Cook 5 minutes and add 1 l water. Cook 20 minutes, add soy milk, cook 5 more minutes and mix with a blender. Serve pouring soy cream and basil.
