Ingredients
- 350 g puff pastry
- 1 orange
- 1 kiwi
- 3 raspberries
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- a handful of chickpeas (to make weight)
Method
Preheat oven at 180ÂșC. Stretch puff pastry with a rolling pin and form a rectangle. Turn borders to center and put chickpeas in the center (it prevents pastry from growing too much). Cook 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
Peel orange and kiwi. Chop kiwi into slices, orange into segments and cut raspberries in a half. Dissolve sugar with 1 tablespoon of water.
Take out puff pastry and remove chickpeas. Put the fruits and cover with the sugar.
