Gazpacho
Summary
It's a fresh tomato soup from Spain. You can eat it as a soft drink
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 slice bread from the day before
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt
Method
Wash all ingredients. Remove seeds from pepper and the central nerve in the garlic. Chop all veggies and mix with a blender. Add cold water (approx. 1 cup) until smooth and liquid and mix.
Serve very cold.
Suggestions: you can serve it accompanied with croutons.
You can eat gazpacho as side dish or as soft drink.
