Lemon Sponge Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 0.750 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Method
1) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside.
2) In a mixing bowl combine flour, lemon juice, milk, melted butter, salt, sugar and egg yolks.
3) Gently fold egg whites into mixture.
4) Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie pan.
5) Bake at 150° C for 40 minutes.
