Edamame
Summary
This is good to have with a few beers before the main course comes.
Ingredients
- 400 g green soybeans
- 5 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups water
Method
Put green soybeans into bowl, add 2 tablespoon of salt and stir. Wash green soybeans with running water. Boil 6 cups of water, put washed green soybeans and 3 tablespoons of salt. Boil 10 minutes, and check one of green soybeans to see if its soft. If it's soft, stop heat and drain. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
